MOTOR TORPEDO BOAT
THE WORLD’S FASTEST TESTED AT SOUTHAMPTON LONDON, Jan. 11. Designed by a British power-boat company, the world’s fastest motor torpedo boat, with a speed of 50 miles an hour and a range of 1000 nautical miles, and costing £76,000. was tested for the first time at Southampton. It is armed with four 18-inch torpedo tubes, two 20mm. guns, and one 25mm. gun.
