DECEMBER AIR MAILS
LATE ARRIVAL IN INDIA DISSATISFACTION EXPRESSED LONDON, Jan. 12. (Received Jan. 12, at 10.30 p.m.) The Delhi correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says there is a general complaint as the result of the lateness of the December air mails, some of which were delayed 15 days. Business men resent priority being given to New Zealand and Australian mails. Repeated representations to the British Post Office have yielded no satisfaction.
