BOMBER CRASHES

DURING TRAINING FLIGHT BRITISH AIR FORCE PLANE FOUR OCCUPANTS KILLED (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, Jan. 11. An Air Force bomber on a training flight crashed in the Galloway Hills, the four 'occupants being killed. A shepherd saw some smoke and found the burnt-out plane. He travelled 30 miles over snowcovered hills to bring the news. In the meanwhile an Air Force machine searching for the bomber descended within 200 ft to examine the wreckage, ran into an air pocket, and crashed nearby. The two members of the crew were uninjured.
