NEW SERVICE INAUGURATED BRITAIN TO NEWFOUNDLAND (British Official Wireless) RUGBY. Jan. 10. (Received Jan. 11, at 6.30 p.m.) A radio telephone service between the United Kingdom and Newfoundland was inaugurated to-day. Before the addition of this new oversea service telephone subscribers in Britain were already able to speak to about 95 per cent, of the telephone subscribers of the world.
