THE BORDER INCIDENT
SETTLEMENT ANNOUNCED NEUTRAL ZONE IN SECTOR (Independent Cable Service) PRAGUE, Jan. 10. It has been announced that the Munkacevo incident has been settled, with the Czechoslovak and Hungarian Governments agreeing to the creation of a neutral zone in this sector, and both sides freeing their prisoners'.
