GERMANS SENTENCED

TREASON TRIAL CONCLUDED TERMS OF IMPRISONMENT BERLIN, Jan. 10. Ernest Niekisch was sentenced to penal servitude for life for high treason and attempting to reestablish a prohibited political party. William Drexel was sentenced to three and a-half years' imprisonment, while Karl Troeger, who was only convicted for attempting to reestablish the party, was sentenced to 21 months' imprisonment. The last named will be set free immediately, as the period of his detention will be counted.
