SECOND NAPIER SALE (Per United Press Association) HASTINGS, Jan. 11. A total of 27,383 bales of wool will be offered at the Napier wool sale on Saturday. Buyers are already on the scene inspecting the clip, which appears to be of good quality and condition. THIRD CHRISTCHURCH SALE Wool for the third Christchurch sale, to be held on March 3, has come into, the stores very freely, and the catalogues are already closed. A total of 31,000 bales nas been received. This exceeds the New Zealand Wool Committee's allocation of 24,000 bales by 7000 bales, which will have to be carried forward to the fourth sale, to be held on April 14. It was announced on December 21 that catalogues for the second Christchurch sale, to be held on January 30 were closed. The total received into stores then was 32,000 bales, of which 8000 bales were allocated to the third sale.
