LOUIS-SCHMELING BOUT THREATENED BOYCOTT NEW YORK, May 12 (Received May 13, at 9.30 p.m.) Mike Jacobs, the promoter of the Louis-Schmeling fight, in order to combat the boycott, sent a letter to President Roosevelt intimating that 10 per cent, of the net profits of the fight would be devoted to the President’s refugee aid movement. The amount is estimated to reach at least 7500 dollars.
