RECOVERY TAKEN FOR GRANTED CANDIDATES FOR POSTS BERLIN, May 12. (Received May 12. at 10 p.m.) One hundred thousand members of the Colonial League are about to study conditions of life in new homes when the former German colonies are returned. The Berlin Regional Union is organising courses of instruction, including scientific and technical university lectures, practical work on farms and in workshops, and tuition in native language and courses in mechanics. Successful candidates will be preferred for responsible colonial posts.
