TO THE EDITOR Sir,—ln your to-day’s issue you publish a letter from the self-styled Welfare League suggesting that I advocated the adoption of Douglasism a year or so ago. That their statement is contrary to fact is, of course, of but little interest to the league, for most of their statements are characterised by misrepresentation, distortion and incorrect insinuation. How else to bolster up a weak case they do not know—l am, etc., D. G. M'Millan. October 11.
