The estate was valued at about £35,000, and by his will the deceased gave the widow (the appellant) a legacy of £2OO and an annuity of £250 during her widowhood, together with the use of his residence and the furniture therein, subject to the payment of outgoings. Other legacies, totalling £ 2400, were given to various beneficiaries, and the balance of the estate was directed to be divided into 64 parts, of which 27 parts were to be paid to certain nephews and nieces of the testator, and the remaining 37 shares to certain religious bodies.
