SlB, —I was interested in the special letter by air mail to the Daily Times which appeared in the issue of last Thursday. In an account of one of the matches played by the All Blacks it was stated that the match will be remembered as remarkable for the number of potted goals in the Inatch, Tindill kicking two and Ball one. I would like to ask if you, or any of your readers can beat this? East Christchurch, playing Merivale in a senior match at Lancaster Park in the eighties won by 20 points to four—all potted goals. “ Teddy ” Francis, well remembered by all old-time footballers, potted three goals, and Harold Hassal potted two.
