BANDITS IN HAVANA

CITY HALL TREASURY RIFLED OFFICIALS LOCKED IN SAFE HAVANA (Cuba), October 18. Four men armed with machine guns rifled the City Hall treasury to-day and escaped with 150,000 dollars. The bandits took only United States currency, and left in the vaults more than 1,000,000 dollars in silver coins. The treasurer and his assistants were locked in the safe.
