MOTH AEROPLANES SIX FOR NEW ZEALAND LONDON, October 18. Sir James Parr has ordered on behalf of New Zealand six standard Moth aeroplanes from De Havillands, fitted with Gipsy engines of 130 h.p. ENGLAND TO AUSTRALIA LONDON, October 18. Stanley Jackson, the speedway rider, left Croydon on a flight to Australia. He hopes to reach Lyons to-night. He is making an attempt on the EnglandAustralia record. PACIFIC FLIGHT STARTED SYDNEY, October 19. (Received Oct. 19, at 9.30 p.m.) Sir Charles Kingsford Smith and Taylor left Sydney for Brisbane shortly after noon to-day, having been delayed through the necessity to replace a broken wireless aerial. The machine is now described ns perfectly conditioned for the big flight. Sir Charles expressed utmost confidence in the success of the flight. ARRIVAL AT BRISBANE BRISBANE, October 19. (Received Oct. 20, at 1 a.m.) Sir Charles Kingsford Smith arrived at 3.30 p.m.
