MARKING OF MEAT

NEW EXPORT REGULATION (Per United Association) WELLINGTON, September 20. A notice in the Gazette issued to-night announces that on and after January 7, 1935, all meat imported into the United Kingdom must be branded or marked with an indication of the origin. Meat from New Zealand must bear the words “New Zealand.”
