(Peb United Press Association.) HAMILTON, September 20. Richard Vcrner Neville, aged 31, a sharebroker, of Dunedin, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court to-day charged with stealing £260, the property of James White, at Dunedin, on May 15. The accused was remanded to appear at Dunedin on September 27, bail being fixed in one surety of £3OO or two sureties of £l5O each. WELLINGTON, September 20. The appeal of Norman Eric Walker, marine engineer, from the decision of Mr W. F. Stilwcll, S.M., cancelling the separation order made in September, 1931, was dismissed by Mr Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court to-day, His Honor holding that all the evidence, including letters, showed that there had been a reconciliation since then.
