CANTERBURY NOMINATIONS. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, February 22. < The Canterbury Amateur Athletio Centre decided to-night to nominate f. G. Broadway (New Zealand quarter-mile and half-mile- champion), J. B. Macfarlane (sprint champion), and A. T. Anderson (440 yards hurdles record holder) for selection in the New Zealand team for the Empire Games next August.
