BISCUIT MAKERS’ DISPUTE

REFERRED TO ARBITRATION COURT (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, September 22. After another discussion, occasionally of a heated nature, the parties to the biscuit and confectionery workers’ dispute agreed in the Conciliation Council to-day to make joint application to the Arbitration Court for a ruling whether Wanganui, Wellington, Nelson, and Timaru, who are not parties to the present award, can be joined to any future award.
