FORESTERS
The fortnightly meeting of the Court Pride of Dunedin was held in the,Manchester Unity Hall, Stuart street, on Monday evening, C.R. Bro. S. Robertson presiding. An invitation to be represented at the anniversary celebration of Court Little John was received and ac; cepted. Four new members were initiated. Bros. Blair and Boater were appointed to arrange the musical programme for the P.C.R.’s evening, which is to be held next month. Official visits were paid by Courts : Woodlands Pride, and Enterprise, and there was a good attendance of lady friends of members. Two competitions for the lady visitors were held, Miss Baxter being first and Miss M'Kenzie second in the nine-pin competition, and Miss Ward and Miss Shepherd winning the quoits competition. Prizes were presented to these ladies, and also to Bro. Robertson, of Court Enterprise, the highest scorer in the quoit* competition between teams from Courts Enterprise and Pride of Dunedin, which was won by the latter court by a few points.
