SCOTTISH SOCIETY

LADIES’ COMMITTEE. The ladies of the Scottish Society of Dunedin held a meeting in Lake’s Restaurant, Dowling street, for the purpose of electing a Ladies’ Social Committee for the ensuing year, the convener (Mrs P. Duff) being in the chair. Reference was made to the excellent work done by the Ladies’ Committee under the guidance of , Mrs Duff. The following officers were elected: Convener, Mrs P. Duff; secretary, Mrs Woodfield; committee —Mesdames Ramsay, MTherson, Flett, ’Misses L. MTnnis, J. Campbell, H. Smith, and M. Munro.
