Tallis (Auckland) beat J. Goss (Wanganui), 1 up at the nineteenth. WEST COAST CHAMPIONSHIPS. (Per United Press Association.) WESTPORT, August 25.

The West Coast golf championships were concluded to-day in perfect weather. A. K. Smith (Greymouth) and T. Park (Westport) emerged as the semi-finalists in the men’s championship, and Mrs Walker (Westport) and Mrs Hannan (Greymouth) as semi-finalists in the ladies’ championship. The finals will be played to-morrow.
