(From Ocr Own Correspondent.) ALEXANDRA, Alay 14. In the Alagietrate’s Court, before Air H. J. Dixon, S.M., judgment was given in the following undefended cases: — H. Hcfison v. John Love, claim £8 9s 2d, with costa (£1 12s 6d); Alexandra Alotoi's v. James Winning, claim £1 ss, with costs (15s) ; A. APKcllar v. J. Vercoe, claim £8 14a 7d, with costs (£1 13s 6d). F. W. Pile v. William Tily, claim £l3 5a on a judgment summons. —The debtor was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, with £1 Is solicitor’s fee, in default 14 days’ imprisonment. Bodkin and Sunderland v. Ernest Thompson, claim £3 6s on a judgment summons. —Tlie debtor was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment. J. Gardner v. Colin AlTutosh, claim £o Os 6d on a judgment summons. —The debtor was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, with 15s 6d solicitor’s fee, in default five days’ imprisonment.
