GENERAL ELECTION.
THE THAMES SEAT. UNITED PARTY CANDIDATE. (Peb United Press Association.) THAMES, December 2. A well-attended meeting of supporters of the United Party held last evening selected Mr Colin Mason, chairman of the Ohinemuri County as the party’s candidate for the Thames elcc J tor ate at the next election. The nomination will go forward to the Auckland executive for recommendation to the Dominion executive for confirmation.
