CASE OF ANDRE LELOUTRE. NO CHARGE PREFERRED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) ■ PARIS, November 25. , Despite the dramatic developments the Public Prosecutor announced . that he was not preferring any charge against Andre. Leloutre, whose ardour for notoriety has been damped by several months in custody. He made a false confession, when arrested on a charge of assaulting another woman, that he killed an Englishwoman named Mrs Florence Wilson at Le Touquet two years ago, Leloutre subsequently retracted’b.ll his statements and denied having anything to do with the crime. He was taken on September 15 to the, scene of the crime, where it was reconstructed, and he was identified by a witness as the youth seen on the night of the murder near the place where it was committed. Leloutre was then' taken back to prison pending further investigations.
