(Received Nov, 27, at 5.5 p.m.) Lord Kylsant has been granted leave of absence By the court of directors of the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company and by the boards of its associated companies. He will visit South Africa early in the New Year and will be away for several months. ’’ Sir Walter Rnneiman has been appointed deputy chairman of the shipping companies of which Lord Kylsant is chairman. He states that he has no intention of relinquishing liis parliamentary duties.
