WAR LIQUIDATION

ANGLO-GERMAN AGREEMENT. CRITICISM IN THE REICHSTAG. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, February 26. During a discussion on the Apglo-Ger-man war liquidation Agreement by the Foreign Relations Committee of the Reichstag, Dr Heinrich Schnee declared that the agreement could not be regarded as final while the former German colonies were mandated by former enemies. “ The agreements that Germany concluded with Britain, Australia, and New Zealand were actually - not liquidation of war, but a continuation of ■war methods and the continuation of plundering.”

Herr Yon Schubert, defending tjie signing of the agreement, said that Britain brought terrific pressure to bear on Germany.
