NEW INTERNATIONAL SCHEME. CAPITAL CITIES LINKED UP. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, February 25. ; (Received Feb. 2(5, at 9 p.m.) In order to cope • with international gangs of white slavers, drug smugglers, and groups of crooks acting internationally, an alliance' has been formed between Scotland'Yard, Paris, and Berlin, whereby a leading detective from each country will be stationed in each capital and the three centres will be linked up by _ direct telephone. The keynote is swift concerted action by detectives in each country in connection with crimes concerning nationals. Other plans are also being matured to establish apparatus in each capital to enable wireless transmission of photographs 'and fingerprints.
