(Received Feb. 25,. at 11 p.m.) Addressing the .Bradford Chamber of Commerce, the president (Sir -Frederick Akroyd) described the wool produced by Romney Marsh sheep as little better than donkey’s ‘hair. .He added that Leicesters were among the best sheep ever bred, and were displacing ' Romneys . in the dominions. The New Zealand Government was alarmed at ‘ the decline in the value of Romney wool, and had sent a representative to inquire what could he done. -
