(Received Nov. 14, at 5.5 p.m.) ‘‘ It is not for me to express an opinion whether women look better in short or long dresses,” said the Prince of Wales, when speaking at a luncheon at Bradford. “ But,” he continued, amid loud laughter, “I hope for the sake of the Bradford trade that they will he long.”
