COLONEL ALLEN AT APIA. SAMOAN WELCOME ARRANGED. (By Radio.) (Special to Press Association.) APIA. May 3. The Administrator landed at 9 o’clock this morning. There was a representative gathering of citizens. In the afternoon Colonel Allen will receive a Samoan welcome at Mulinuu, when there will be singing and dancing and food presentations. Some of the Mau police, in uniform, strolled the Apia streets, but they carried no sticks, and there was nothing demonstrative about .them. To-morrow the Administrator will receive representatives of the missions, planters, and commercial houses respectively.
