A VICTIM OF CANCER. COPENHAGEN, January 31. (Received Feb. 1, at 7 p.m.) Johannes Fibiger died of cancer a fortnight after an operation. It was only a month since the trouble w-as discovered. He was the central link in co-ordinating research work dealing with cancer throughout the world, and may be described as the father of the most modern cancer research.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
