(Received Feb. 1, at 7 p.m.) After being given up for lost, Mr Hercomby, an Oxford graduate, who, with his wife and a companion, Mr Lugg, are voyaging to Australia in an open boat, arrived at Port Blair convict settlement, Andaman Islands. They suffered great hardships, storms assailing the boat for 19 days after leaving Calcutta, and the little boat averaged only 45 miles daily.— A. and N.Z. Cable.
