APPOINTMENT OF MR COYLE. (Preas Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, December 22. The Newcastle Hospital Board received 1 a protest against the appointment (as secretary) of Mr Coyle from the Hospital Employees’ Association of New South Wales. The board decided that Mr Williams’s services should cease on January 24, the date on which Mr Coyle arrives; but it was resolved that Mr Williams, if he desired to do so, could remain on at his present salary until the matter could be dealt with by the board.
