EXPRESS DERAILED
A JAPANESE DISASTER. HEAVY CASUALTY LIST. (Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Oopyright.) TOKIO, September 23. As the result of the derailment of an express train from Tokio to Shimoneski, near Hiroshima, on the shores of the Inland Sea, twenty people were killed and 100 were injured. The accident was caused by the rails spreading owing to recent heavy rains and typhoons. Three sleeping carriages were wrecked. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
