PROSPECTS FOR FUTURE. COMMERCIAL EMPIRE TOURS. LONDON, May 23. The Air Minister, Sir Samuel Hoare, speaking in London at the celebration of a flight from Brussels to the Belgian Congo, said that the time was approaching when not only Ministers, but business men, would habitually visit different parts of the Empire by air. Mr F. Handley Page, designer of the aeroplane which accomplished the journey, said he anticipated that in the near future there-would be stool-winged aeroplanes linking London and New York with regular services. Super-charged motors and other devices might revolutionise aviation, making possible an unprecedented development in aeroplane services. ’
