(Received May 10, at 5.5 p.m.) A telegram from Memphis says that 21 men, members of the crow of the Government vessel Normand, .are reported to have lost their lives when tho ship sank in the Mississippi River 25 miles south of here. Another report states that many of those lost were passengers returning from an excursion.—Reuter.
