AN ATMOSPHERE OF ENMITY. FORMER SUSPICIOUS OF COMMUNISM. Press Aeao elation —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, June 11.. (Received June 11, at 7.20 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph’s political observer says that the British Government is now in possession of a full explanation from Wiliieimstrasse regarding the position ,o*. Germany and Russia. The German Government is fully aliv« to the advantages of trade with .llussia,' but it affirms that Bolshevist propaganda is unceasing. It declares that it holds proof of every move of the German Com-, nrunists, including an active rebellion to be undertaken on direct orders from Moscow. The German information is that the internal situation in Russia is becoming worse, and the extremists are , sweeping all the moderates out ,of influence and office. Every German Arm which has ; stayed long enough in Russian business has been ruined by a system of extortion, bribery and corruption which denies the safety of personal property. —'A. and N.Z. Cable.
