BORSTAL GIRLS BOLT.

SEQUEL TO FILM SHOW. A mixture of “Sherlock Holmes” and “Ambrose Applcjohn’s Adventure” at the local picture theatre proved tqo much for two girls at the Borstal institution at Aylesbury recently. In their emotion they made a daring attempt to escape. With several girls of the “privileged class” they were taken to see the films by some of the officials. T hey left the kinema in a group at 8 o'clock to walk back to the institution. Borstal officials were later seen engaged in a search, and it became known that two of the girls broke away from the kinema party and were discovered by a policeman on the outskirts of Aylesbury in company with two men whom they met casually. Tho girls were immediately taken back to Borstal.
