EAST COAST RAILWAY.
PRELIMINARY ARRANGEMENTS. (Pee United Press Association.) TAURANGA, April 12. Mr J. Wright, assistant engineer for tho Annstrong-Whitvyorth Company, arrived here this morning to make preliminary arrangements and surveys for the firm's railway contract for the Katikati-Te Puka section of tho East Coast railway.
