INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS. INAUGURAL BANQUET IN LONDON. Preaa Association—By Telegraph—Copyri? at LONDON, January 10. (Received January 10, at 5.50 p.m.) Speaking at the inaugural banquet of the International Advertising Congress which 6000 delegates will attend during the Empire Exhibition in July, Sir Philip Lloyd-Greame (president of the Board of Trade) said he could promise that whatever Government might be in office—• (Laughter) —the members of the convention would receive an enthusiastic reception by both the government and the opposition. The convention would help to make the Exhibition representative of the whole of the Anglo-Saxon race.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
