' , A meeting of deputies representing tne Departments of the Seine, Seine-et-Oise and Siene-et-Marne have decided to introduce a Bill in the Chamber of Deputies to provide for the opening of a credit of 30,000,000 francs for the sufferers oy the floods, and to create a permanent group of deputies from the three departments to take measures to defend Pans from a recurrence of the disaster.
