The court is composed of three judges—a Swiss, a Belgian, and a Ge>man. The decision will affect 80 ; 000 Belgian deportees, and it may be invoked as a precedent by 250,000 French people,—A. and N.Z. Cable. A message published on Decemebr 61 stated that 80,000 Belgians, who suffered deportation and other hardships during the war, were claiming damages from Germany before an International Court
