LEAVING CANADA ON SATURDAY. Pr*«» Aneociation—By Telegraph—Oopyrlghl OTTAWA, October 9. The Prince of Wales will sail from Quebec for England on Saturday in the Empress of France. In deference to the desire of the crew to bo allowed to show' its loyalty and devotion to him, the incognito of “ Lord Renfrew” will be dropped for the time, and the ship will be dressed for the occasion. After the Prince boards the vessel the incognito will be resumed.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
