(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 3. The body of Gladys Blocklock, aged 22 years, was found in the water near the Miramar wharf. A curious incident occurred in the early hours of this morning, when an employee of the Harbour Board heard a cry as ho was walking cm the Glasgow wharf, and found clinging to a stringer a man in an exhausted condition, with his limbs rigid from cold.
