DOGS FOR BURGLARS
PLAN THAT FAILED. LONDON, March 3. The correspondent of the Daily Mail at Paris says that so valuable is his private picture gallery that M. Jalloustre, the Minister for Monaco in Paris, purchased nine police dogs to give the alarm against burglars. Last night, however, thieves entered the place and removed 25 pictures and much silver, and not a dog barked.
