RUSSIA AT GENOA
£100,000,000 LOAN WANTED. VANCOUVER, March 1. A message from New York states that the afternoon papers print a special cablegram from Moscow, stating that the delesian Soviet Government will send a delegation to Genoa to demand an international loan of £100,000,000. The League of Nations, the cablegram states, must not be forced upon Germany and Russia. They ;must have free intercourse, and the Allies must buy freely from Russia raw materials in exchange for foreign credits.
