UNEMPLOYED EX-SOLDIERS
PROPOSED MARCH TO LONDON. APPEAL TO THE GOVERNMENT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, August 22. (Received Aug. 24, at 5.5 p.m.) Five hundred ex-soldiers at Manchester intend to march to London, accomnallied by a band and banners, the journey occupying 16 days, as an appeal for the Minister of Labour for employment at a living wage and also for increased unemployment pay-—A. and N.Z. Cable.
