PRISONERS STILL COMING IN.

LONDON, April 8. (Received April 9, at 5.5 p.m.) Official: General Smuts's later reports indicate .that the success at Arusha is more extensive than at first appeared. The German force which capitulated was a considerable one. Seventeen European and 404 native prisoners have already surrendered, and others are coming in. There were also many casualties. Machine guns and much ammunition were captured.
