PROPOSED LONDON CELEBRATIONS.
LONDON, April 8. (Received April 9, at 5.5 p.m.) 'Arrangements are being made for a great celebration in London of "Anzac Day" (April 25). A committee comprising the High Commissioners and Agents-general proposes to hold a memorial service, and also a conccrt and entertainment for the Australasian, soldiers.
