ANZAC SOLDIERS' CLUB.

At a general meeting of the above club, held at the Club House, Moray place, recently, the following office-bearers were appointed:—President, Mr Wm. Patrick; vicepresidents —Mr F. (Ltd.), linoleum for,billiard and other rooms and stair carpets; Union Steam Ship Company, ice chest; Mrs Conghlan and Roslyn friends, gramophone Tocord oaibinet; G. and T. Young, marble clock; Tattersfield and Co., dinner ware; Bristol Piano Company, gramophone needles; Women's Patriotic Association, garden chair; Mrs Leo Smith, armchair and cushion; Stone, Son, and Co., Directory, 1916; Victoria League, coloured portrait of King George V; F. Calvert, flagpole; Mrs Roberts, flag; Mrs A. Smellio, two pairs curtains; G. A. Findlay, salivator; Mr Woods (City Hotel), two match stands and trays j Mrs W. Ban-on, music stand; Miss Hume, iced cakc; "Anonymous," one caso fruit; Mr Kilroy, quantity of fruit; Mrs Watson, picturesque atlas and sets of draughts; Private Syd. Schofield and Mr Brewer, gramophone records; Miss Smith, cushions; Mr Woodhouso, cigars. Contributions of books and magazines have been received from the following Green Island Women's Association, Mrs F. Bastings. Mrs Shennan, Mrs Campbell Gillies, Gordon and Goteh. Mr Woods, Mrs We!> star, Mr Haslet*. Mrs B. G. Baxter. Mr A. Kilroy, Mrs Keith Ramsay, and Mr Walden. The number of soldier members now rooorded is 421, an increase of 191 sinco the report on December 10.
